South of the IOP Connector: the Old Village's historic homes and detached garages, I'On's design-reviewed alleys, Snee Farm's 70s and 80s originals aging out on schedule. North of it: two-story family homes by the thousand in Park West, Dunes West and Carolina Park, whose builder-grade doors and openers all hit their tired years in waves, street by street.
